The New (for now) Sympathy Pains Logo

What’cha think? We’re trying this out as a new logo for the film. We’ll be tweaking it for a while (before we decide to go with something completely different, I bet), so this is version 1.0.

Finally cleaned my office today – offices, actually. The home office and my office at UCA (the desktops at UCA, at least. The floors are still a scrap yard). I’ve been saving little scraps of paper and printouts and pretty much everything in varying sized piles for the last two months, deathly afraid that I would throw something away that I needed for the film. But everything is now filed or tossed, and it keeps surprising me every time I walk into the room.

And started writing down concepts for the next feature. That’ll be three years from now, after the musical/espionage short next summer (with Brooke Aston, an awesome actress/singer/friend from back in California), and the puppetry web series that needs to get underway sometime. But have had a few interesting character notions that should be pretty fun. And I doubt the plot will stay the same, but right now, it centers around NASA and Santa Claus being a lousy neighbor.
